As we know, e waste has high value recyclable, because it has much precious metals, like gold, copper, silver, tin, aluminium, etc. E waste recycling plant is used to process the e waste, and separate precious metals for recycle and reuse. I. PCB recycling machine

Processing raw materials:

PCB recycling machine can process all kinds of waste circuit boards, like computer boards, phone boards, copper clad laminates, TV boards, etc.

Working process:

1. Put waste circuit boards into a double-shaft shredder, then waste circuit boards will be shredded into small pieces.

2. Sent these small pieces into crushers - hammerhead crusher and hammer crusher. The two crusher will crush them into small particles, which metals and resin fiber will be separated but still mix together.

3. Then the mixture of metals and resin fiber will be transferred into an eddy-vibrating screen, which is used to control the particles' size. If the particles are small enough(below 24-26 mesh), they will pass through the screen. Otherwise, they will be sent back to the hammer crusher for further crushing, until they can go through eddy-vibrating screen.

5. The metals and resin fiber will be separated by air separator and electrostatic separator according to their different density and conductivity.

6. During the processing, the generated dust will be collected by pulse and cyclone dust collector.

1. Precious metals: The separated mixed metals can be sold directly in the metal trading market at a pretty high price. Or they can be further processed to extract the precious metals and sell them.

2. Resin fiber: They can be made of resin tiles, ground painting, wood-plastic products, etc. If they are ground to about 300 mesh, they can also be used as heat and fire insulation materials.

II. Cable wire granulator

Cable wire granulator is also called cable wire recycling machine, which is used to process waste cables and wires, such as telephone wires, car wires, household square wires, industrial cables, etc.

Working process:

1. Put waste cables and wires into shredder to shred them into small pieces about 3-4cm.

2. Then sent the small pieces into crusher to crush them into small particles.

3. Use air separator to separate copper from plastic according to their different gravity.

4. If there are a lot of thin wires, like earphone wires, which can be separated by air separator due to the similar gravity, an electrostatic separator can separate the copper in plastic according to the metal conductivity.

5. During the processing, the generated dust will be collected by pulse and cyclone dust collector.

1. Copper: It can be sold in the metal trading market directly, or you can make new products, like copper ingots, copper Electrolysis, and then sell.

2. Plastic: As for plastic, it can be sold directly as well. Or you can pellet the plastic into other products, like wire cover, tray, blister sheet, mouse, keyboard, etc.

III. Waste radiator recycling machine

Waste radiator recycling machine can process waste radiators to separate copper, aluminum and iron for reuse. It can process air conditioner radiators, car water tanks, refrigerator crushed materials, etc.

Working process:

1. Put waste radiators into shredder to shred them into small pieces.

2. Sent the small pieces into crusher to crush them into small particles.

3. Use negative-pressure baffling separator to separate the light aluminum first.

4. Then magnetic separator will remove iron from copper and aluminum.

5. Last, air separator will separate copper from aluminum according to their different gravity.

6. During the processing, the generated dust will be collected by pulse and cyclone dust collector.

The separated copper and aluminum are usually sold to metal trading market directly, or made into copper or aluminum ingots to sell.
