The 5-6t/h continuous carbonization machine project installed and operated in Vietnam!

In October 2024, a continuous carbonization machine project with a processing capacity of 5-6 tons per hour was successfully installed and put into production in Vietnam. The continuous carbonization machine has efficient and stable operation capabilities and can accurately convert organic matter into high-quality charcoal through a series of complex and orderly carbonization processes.

Customer Information:

This Vietnamese customers have strong financial strength. In terms of business needs, they plan to purchase both pyrolysis project and carbonization project. The customers are very cautious in selecting suppliers and hopes to find a partner that can meet their high standards in terms of technology, quality, service, etc. Given the previous satisfactory experience of cooperation, they decided to come to our company and factory for a field visit.

Signing process:

On February 29, 2024, the Vietnamese customers contacted us via WhatsApp and expressed their interest in pyrolysis and carbonization machine, hoping to learn more about the details of the continuous carbonization machine, especially the working process and related technology. Then our manager had a detailed communication with the customer. During the communication process, we also clarified some of the customer's needs, such as the customer's raw materials are organic waste such as fruit shells and vegetables, the customer's processing capacity and product requirements, and designed a plan based on the customer's needs. For example, considering the high water content of the customer's raw materials, our engineers suggested adding a dryer to ensure that the entire production line can proceed smoothly and produce high-quality carbon.

During the inspection, the Vietnamese customers had an in-depth understanding of our company's overall strength, technical level, production technology and other aspects. After the inspection, the customer decided to choose us as a partner. We spent a lot of time and energy in the subsequent communication on contract-related matters, and finally on June 14, we successfully signed the contract.

After the order was signed, our factory immediately started to arrange production-related matters. All departments in the factory worked together, and after two months of intense work, this set of 5-6t/h continuous carbonization machine was finally produced.

Shipping process:

After comprehensive and meticulous testing and debugging, workers disassemble the continuous carbonization machine into parts that are easy to transport. Next, these parts will be transported to the port by truck, and then transported by sea for about 7 days before finally arriving at the customer's location.
