2. Pretreatment of agricultural waste

4. Environmental protection process of agricultural waste products

6. Reprocessing biochar

When biochar is used for soil improvement, the particle size is ground to 0.1-1 mm with grinding equipment to increase the contact area with the soil and improve the improvement effect. When biochar is used in the adsorption field, chemical activation is adopted, such as soaking in potassium hydroxide solution and high-temperature secondary heat treatment to expand the pore structure and enhance the adsorption performance.

7. Biochar packaging process

After the biochar is reprocessed, it is packaged. The packaging material is selected according to the purpose and storage requirements. Agricultural biochar mostly uses 25 kg or 50 kg moisture-proof woven bags for easy handling and use; industrial adsorption biochar is vacuum-packed in plastic bags with good sealing to prevent the adsorption of impurities. After packaging, a label with the product name, specifications, and production date is affixed for easy storage, transportation and sales.
