Any single or multi-layer, deformed or non-deformed radiators all can be directly processed, recycled and separated into high-purity aluminum, copper, iron. The production capacity of radiator separator machine can reach 500-2000kg/h. Only need 1-2 workers to operate, with larger processing capacity and higher production efficiency.

Radiator crushing and separation machine

The process of the radiator crushing and separation machine is as follows:

The Radiator crushing and separation machine adopts intelligent control system, only manual feeding is needed to complete the whole process. Radiators will be shredding into to 10-20mm pieces firstly after feeding. Then the crushed material is transported by the conveyor to the second crusher, where they are broken into smaller pieces by the crusher. The next step is removing iron in the materials crushed, so that copper and aluminum can be separated easily. Air separator can separate copper and aluminum through the friction of screen surface and the inclining flow of copper and aluminum self-weight. The dust generated in the process will be collected, which can make the site clean.
